I stopped by Rick Hendricks after visiting another dealer and returning a lemon back to them. I was greeted by a very kind and down to earth salesman who never pressured me to upscale me to something I didn't need or want. Adam Olsen was a great example of a representative you'd want to work with, he actually didn't seem like I was dealing with an employee but more like someone I've known for years as a friend. I will go back to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet the next time I want a new truck and I hope Adam is there again.

He listened to my concerns initially and in the end convinced me that he was a cut above other salesmen that I had to endure in the other dealerships I had visited while trying to buy a Colorado truck. We had the opportunity to work with Jazz - he was patient and answered all our questions about the new Blazer EV. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell or push any add ons that we didn’t ask for but made sure we knew all of the features this vehicle provided. 5 stars!

We broke down four hours from home late Friday evening. Not knowing the area and where to take our truck, it was suggested to call Hendricks Chevrolet. We spoke to Bryan and he said he would squeeze us in on Saturday. It ended up needing a part that Chevy said was back ordered four to five weeks. Two weeks go by and we get a call from Bryan to say they found the part and our truck would be available by the end of the day. He also gave us the good news that the repair would be covered under warranty. Thanks to Bryan and Hendricks Chevrolet for coming to our rescue.
