Furthermore, their service department consistently takes good care of me when the vehicle is in for maintenance. Recently, they discovered a nail in my tire and I was so grateful that they identified and addressed that issue so my family and I could safely drive all over the South East for my children's sports. When I entered the dealership, I felt welcomed.
When I entered the dealership, I felt welcomed. We were shown cars specific to our needs, as explained to the sales team. Our experience with two specific salesmen( Lukasz and Alex) who tag teamed during our complete transaction. Never pushy nor showing us what we did not need or request. The only surprise came during the sales transaction, which took longer than expected, with the extended warranty sale. No discounts for military, Seniors, not cash, however, the overall transaction completed successfully.
