Great experience with Dr. Phil
After having totaled my daily driver in a hail storm, I needed a quick replacement to get me back on the road. Our family has used Phil in search of a new or used car multiple times but this was my first experience with him as well as my first ever car purchase that wouldn’t be in cash. Phil was patient and was great at listening to my needs and wants, as well as communicating what my options were. From start to finish, he made me feel at ease with his laid back approach while also assuring me that we would be able to get the deal done on a tight turn around. I greatly appreciated Phil’s professionalism and friendly demeanor and look forward to using him again in the future.

Making things right!
We had inquired on a vehicle in the AM but I did not give my email correctly online so unable to communicate effectively. Called to look at vehicle and upon arrival the vehicle had already been sold to another dealership. Michael Rodriguez basically was placed in a tough situation and worked really hard to make the deal right on another vehicle which was an upgrade for essentially the same price point as the other vehicle that was sold. What impressed me was the honesty upfront and the willingness to make the situation right. We had hoped to only stop in and make the deal happen. It was my sons birthday dinner that night and feared the delays would impact our evening. Fastest I have every had a vehicle detailed, financing completed and vehicle features explained. What this tells me is that they really listen to the customers and care to make it right. No gimmicks, just an honest dealership. I bought my first truck from this dealership in 1992 and the still have a family owned spirit that is about building relationships with the customer. Job Well Done!!!

Happy Customer Found His Truck
My thanks to Cory Cuellar,sales who patiently worked with me to find my new 2018 Ford F-150. At my age, have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and appreciate good sales people that know how to work with customers and help them find what they are looking for. Should Be Slow Lane...Not Quick Lane
I’ve had my 3 Ford vehicles here several times over the past year or so and have never gotten out in under 90 minutes. Saturday I made an appointment at 7:30...upon arrival I was told that it would be 90 minutes because even though I made an appointment, the walk-in customers who arrived at 7:00 were in front of me. Why even bother with appointments? Most every business that takes appointments, honors the appointment first and the walk-ins are fit in or turned away.

Up For Grabs
The sales portion was fine. I knew what I wanted and what I was going to pay. Found a good vehicle that matched my search. I will say that the dealer didn’t check all the sync features but did help once I reported it, now just trying to get my trade in paid off since it hasn’t happened and we are at day 8.

Purchase of a one of kind F250
The Team at Bill Utter did great a job! Cory, Juan and Kenneth made the process smooth, did not push to up sell, listened to us. When the specific truck that I wanted was not available anywhere, yes-anywhere, we put together an order sheet to insure the truck was what we wanted. Together, we built a one of kind truck. Financing was fast and Kenneth got us in his office and out in 15 minutes.
