He found us the vehicle we needed based on the money we told him we had. He got us what we need and got out of there with in 2 hours. We test drove the car and had a mechanic look at it.

We consistently get professional service on all our Fords. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend to any Ford owners. We buy all our vehicles and have them serviced at Bill Utter Ford.

Awesome experience!
Great dealing w/Roberto and Toronto. Made the process stress free and always willing to help! Would definitely recommend visiting this location and will do business w/them again. The only area of improvement I can think of is w/detail shop or lack of. The suv we purchased was not as clean as I would expect of a vehicle for sale. Roberto attempted to correct issue and gentlemen (sorry I didn’t get name) who was asked to clean interior seemed to want to argue w/Roberto instead of cleaning vehicle. It was not Roberto’s fault at all.

Alex was great! I called in advanced to see if there was an opening for an oil change. He was pleasant and professional. I love being a Ford owner and am never disappointed by the high standards set by Ford dealerships. Once again a great experience.

Was not impressed this time
Scheduled an appointment for service like I always do. Come in on Saturday at 7am and was told there's no record of my appointment, was a bit annoyed but ok. When the time came to pick up my car was told I need to pay which surprised me since I have a maintenance package that I pay for in my lease. Not sure why the package didn't show when they registered my car for the service...was a bit more annoyed. I said that I had the maintenance package and had to wait until it was sorted out which obviously it was. I do like the service center but was not impressed with the service this time.

Excellent experience!
Debbie and Bob in the collision center were awesome and very helpful! They helped direct me to the rental car center and kept me informed about the progress of my repair. The work was done quickly, and they took care of everything with the insurance company. The process couldn't have been easier. I will definitely recommend Bill Utter to my friends and use them again if needed.

Not the best experience
Several issues--I made an appt, had the text confirmation, However, when I arrived, no appt in the system. Brakes not in stock. They went to another Ford nearby to get and the brakes were not in stock. Provided a loaner, my car was completed on Saturday but was not told until I called for status on Monday afternoon. The service mngr provided a discount and apology.

Quick service done professionally.
Was in for state inspection to get license plate tags. Got me in and out quickly and very professionally. Greg Hall is always a pleasure to work with and the complete service staff is outstanding.
