Oil Change, Tires Rotated and Fuel Filters changes in about an hour and a half F 250 Diesel.. the waiting was a good setup for working mobile while my pickup was being serviced

I took my vehicle to another dealer for service and the problem was not fixed. Brought it to Bill Utter and they were happy to help me. They got me in a vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on, and drove it multiple times before I got it back to make sure the problem was fixed.

This could be possibly my best buying experience. Juan was first class. He was knowledgeable and patient. I don't like the car buying experience but this one was actually pleasant. Everyone was thorough through the entire experience.

The last time I was there, the service area was under reconstruction, with ceiling tiles gone, wires and light fixtures hanging. It now looks great! I enjoyed watching through the windows, that separate the waiting room from the garage, as the technicians hustled about performing their individual duties. The garage was neat and tidy... The coffee machine was somewhat mind blowing, but thanks to one of the young cashier ladies, I had a wonderful cup of coffee!

He’s chill, helpful and not at all pushy! He sent info on the car very conveniently when requested. Overall, a pleasant and decent experience :)

Service manager took me as a literal "roll" in with a bad transmission on a Saturday, 10 minutes before end of day. Gave me my options and prices Monday. New transmission unit installed by Wednesday. Great turn around. Great warranty 3 years, unlimited miles, transferable. Satisfied for sure.

Phil Tysinger made this the easiest and best experience for me. We looked at Ford Explorer's at another dealership, but were having a hard time finding what we wanted at a price we could afford. We ended up calling and texting Phil and he helped us find the best new Explorer in our price range. He was able to get all of our paper work settled over the phone where all we had to do was come in and sign papers. It was a quick and painless experience! And all done with a smile. This was the easiest new car transaction ever. Adam Russell was very knowledgeable of the car's amenities and features. The finance transaction was quick and easy. Overall a great experience.
