All around great experience.

Great first experience!

I purchased a preowned Mustang GT Premium from another dealer and had Bull Utter Ford give it an inspection. Greg was my service advisor and he identified an airbag recall that needed to be taken care of. Inspection went great and recall issue was addressed. Great people at service and I will definitely be returning for future services for my Ford Mustang. Thank you Greg and the team at Bill Utter Ford!

started out not so good ended up great!!!

Excellent Service!! Danny did an awesome job getting my F250 back on the road. He answered all my questions! he even provided me with a loaner while my truck was being repaired.

A Satisfied Customer

I purchased a Ford Escape from Bill Utter Ford on March 23, 2019. I knew I wanted a small SUV and had been researching the subject in Consumer Reports. The top-rated small SUVs were Subaru, Honda, Mazda and Ford. Toyota was not rated because it was a new model this year. I checked out all these models and test drove my favorites. I chose the Escape because of the user friendliness of the controls and its quiet drive. The only drawback that I have so far discovered is that it doesn't have as much knee room for the back seat as I would prefer. My salesperson was Jason Robinson and he couldn't have been more helpful. I told him that I wanted leather seats and all the new safety features and that is what he showed me. The price I paid was comparable to the prices I had been quoted at the other dealerships. This may seem like an odd thing in this day of doing everything online, but one of the things I particularly appreciated about Ford was that they still had detailed brochures so I could compare the features of the different models. Only Toyota of the brands I listed above also had them available to give to me. (Honda had them available in Calgary, Alberta but not in Denton, Texas. Go figure.) I particularly wanted a bright red vehicle and while this was not a deal breaker in choosing my SUV, I loved the gorgeous shade of red that was available on the Escape. I must say that I expect to get years of service from this Escape because my husband bought one in 2002 when they first came out which I drove after he died until 2016, which my sister drove for a couple of years after that, and which her grandson is still driving. You can't ask for better than that. Incidentally it, too, was red. . .

Perfect

Adam was an amazing salesman, respectable and polite. Was able to get me what I wanted, the way I wanted it. Toronto helped me with some of the final paperwork and was as well the pinnacle of Ford Employee, along with Adam.

Very simple.

Called a few days ahead, dropped off car, got rental and was in and out in less than 10 min. Same process a week later and car was fixed. Thanks guys.

Room for improvement

Went in for the Works, (I have my oil changed there all the time) they Forgot to fill windshield washer fluid reservoir, second time. Very slow to receive initial service in service bay, usually my experience. Then most everyone seems as cold as ice towards me, though I try to be polite. I keep coming back because all the service department needs is a stiff overhaul of personnel. People friendly staff. In the past I have suffered the “need a new air filter truck” the cabin air filter looked at and put back in, but I found an screw that had not been put back in. “Extra” screws not put back into place reflects incompetence or lack of concern. I have put up with a few issues there at Bill Utter but keep coming back. The service department needs a stiff overhaul of personnel. All across the board. Sometimes change is good. But after typing all of this up I honestly don’t expect anything to be done about it .

Excellent Service

I had no appointment scheduled and was in the area so I stopped to check if they could give my vehicle The Works oil change. They got me in at that time. I stayed my usual wait and to top it off the service advisor had my suv washed. My vehicle looked brand new when they pulled it out. WOW. The price was right for all services completed.

Awesome dealership!

Phil was awesome. This is the second vehicle we have bought from him. He always makes a decision like buying a new vehicle very easy. Phil takes the time to answer all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. If your in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you go see him!
