I really happy with the service

Roberto is the best sale person and also the service that i get when i take my vehicles fir serv is really good just some times it takes long waiting

Great experience.

Did everything on-line/text. Worked with Phil Tysinger. Everything I expected and more. Courteous, helpful and responsive to all my questions. I was in and out in about half an hour. Highly recommend the dealer and Phil. Finance person was Toronto Spikes, another great experience.

Nice guy. Very quite guy.

I went in with a goal in mind. I got what I was wanting. I wasn’t pushed any other way around which is good. But, I wish they would have had the paper work I. Order and also I wash they would had showed me some opions for the vehicle I bought.

Helpful Associate - I believe his name was Alex

This young man listened to my concerns about recently running out of windshield wiper fluid and finding corrosion on my battery cable. I was under the assumption that fluids were checked with each oil change and was told immediate attention was needed to battery, but was not told it was corrosion on the cable. I feel I should have been asked if I would like to pay to have the corrosion removed. This young man also took the time to check the history of my vehicle to advice me of upcoming services I need to give attention to. I am very fond of Bill Utter Ford and will buy my next Ford Expedition from them, but in the meantime, I am trying to take the best care of the 2008 Expedition I am currently driving. Hopefully, we can resolve these minor issues and continue to have a good relationship!

Tire repair

As I prepared to leave for work Friday morning, the low air pressure signal turned on. I went to a local gas station and aired up the tire, then dropped the car off at Bill Utter Ford, which is close to where I work. They took the car, inspected the tire, patched it up, and inspected all other levels while I was at work and had it ready for me by the time I left the office. I found it easy to leave the car there, and even though I had no service appointment they gave me professional, courteous and efficient service. Thanks for your help!

Great Service. Danny has always taken great care of my truck

It’s so great to have had the same service writer all these years. I know if I have a problem, all I have to do is call Danny Morris. I highly recommend Bill Utter Service and Danny is a great ambassador for the service department.

Questionable practices

Scheduled a simple recall service project, which was completed fine. However, was contacted by the service department that their “technicians “ were recommending a transmission service. Which is quite funny since I just had the transmission serviced less than a month prior to this and it clearly wasn’t necessary. Either the “technicians” are not properly trained or looking to drum up more business, whether really needed or not. Don’t trust this service department to do any future work for me

First Ford EVER

Quincy Alonzo made this the best new car purchase possible. He answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed. I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, but Quincy laid out the process. There was no back and forth hassle. It took less than 20 minutes to sign the papers and I was out the door with my new truck. I'm loving it

Great service

The repairs to my vehicle were done in 4 days. I was pleasantly surprised. I had expected it would take far longer and that I would be without my vehicle into the next week.
