Fantastic!
I was pretty impressed with the level of courtesy I received at this dealership! I visited about a dozen of them but I kept coming back to this one because they were so informative and helpful! While the whole process of buying a car is rather long, this dealership more than made up for that in the detailed questions or concerns I had for buying a car! I would easily go back to them to buy my next car!

Utterly amazing customer service !
My service advisor Carrie went above and beyond the call of duty with working on my Ford Mustang issue on her day off from work. Not only did she get everything taken care of but kept me up to date with the service time and expected delivery of our vehicle. I have complete confidence with this dealership and will continue this relationship for years to come.

The BEST MOST HELPFUL Sales Personnel
Doyle is an excellent Sales Personnel. I've bought several cars from him and each time has been easy peasy. This time I explained I had a hiccup in my credit, and he told me "Its ok, I will make sure we get you taken care of, you let me worry about that, just tell me what you're wanting to driving away with." And to his word, I drove away in my "Oh So Cute" Escape! Thank you Doyle, and Bill Utter Ford for giving me a reliable and affordable SUV! (Doyle can not retire)

Will is my favorite sales guy, but they’re all great at Bill Utter!! Will is very knowledgeable and works with you to get you in the car you want! Miff and Debbie were also very helpful when a minor issue was found in my new vehicle!! Great service overall!!

Ranger brake service.
Took my Ranger in for front brake pad replacement and rotor turn. Work done in a very professional manner. Took shuttle home and was picked up again after repairs. Great work! Greg Hall is a pleasure to work with.

Disappointed
I was in a rush so got up early to be the first in line to get an oil change. Carrie Cross checked in first. After about an hour others were being notified their vehicles were ready. Somehow 3 or 4 cars got ahead of me. I finally saw them bring in my car for the oil change and tire rotation so I watched. It was about 20 minutes after my car left the service bay and still no one called me to say my car was ready. Finally I asked one of the other service advisors what the status was of my car. Here the paperwork was sitting on Carrie's desk, but Carrie was out checking in other cars. So after nearly 2 hours I finally got out of there.
