Third times a charm
I love the sales team at Bill Utter, but haven't had the same consistent attention to detail with the service department. Many of the service advisors are great, in fact one is my neighbor. However, in trying to get the Sync system corrected on the 2016 F150 the service advisor, not my neighbor, didn't really listen to me. It took three trips to the service department before the problem was corrected. During this trial, I called the service department three different days to try and connect with the advisor. All three days I was put on hold, transferred around, and eventually sent to a voicemail. Needless to say, I never received a return call in three days. This particular problem has soured my experience with Bill Utter Service. I won't go again unless I know my neighbor will be my service advisor!

Best experience I've had with a dealership.
Adam was responsive and informative. He didn't ask for my name or contact info. He showed me cars based on what I told him about my interests. I took info home to my wife and we returned together. We bought a car because it was exactly what we wanted. The price was market correct and Adam has been very helpful to us both during the sales process and afterwards. If you are interested in a used (previously owned) car, ask for Adam Russell and you will have an exceptionally pleasant experience.

Work completed in less than expected time frame.
The service center, primarily Greg Hall, got the necessary work done on my 2017 Explorer in record time and I am most appreciative. He is always helpful and is committed to my having an excellent service experience.

Accidents happen; its how you make a wrong a right!
Danny Morris did a great job and kept me informed through out the day when by truck would be done and ready for pick up. I was pleased with the work when I picked up my truck. When I got home I noticed, when you rotated my tires on my 2019 F350 dually. There was white paste around my rims. I wiped off the paste and noticed all of the rims had been scratched and also had pieces of the rims gone. I took it back and asked Danny to look at it. He had a manager (dont recall his name) look at them. He agreed with the damage and agreed to replace all of my rims. The reason I am still pleased with the work, is because a mistake was made by accident which happens. The remedy to fix the problem was handled and taken care of.

Made an appointment to come in for a safety inspection to get license plate tag. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. Work done quickly.
