Excellent Sales Experience!!
My husband and I were fortunate to work with Mike Rodriquez today. He was professional and helped get us the deal we wanted on our car. He had the paperwork ready so that my husband was able to quickly get it filled out upon arrival and to drive away in our car in less than an hour. I can't thank him enough for his help. Great place to do business!
We purchased a vehicle from Bill Utter Ford long distance. Buying a vehicle this was is difficult, but they were suburb at getting us lots of pics and info which really helped. Honest and great service. Don't find that much any more.

Professional, courteous, exceeded expectations

Awesome Best Customer Service!!
Received the best customer service again from Bill Utter Ford Service dept. Asst Service Mgr John Witt was so nice and courteous in getting my issues taken care of on my 2011 Ford Edge. Also loved the super nice friendly shuttle driver Ripley. Keep up the great work!! LOVE being able to have a nearby local trustworthy Ford dealer for both of our Ford vehicles.
