Excellent Service

Eddie Church always delivers! I popped in, unannounced, without an appointment and Eddie took me right in. I got an oil change, a state inspection and tire rotation and was back on the road in no time! He always takes such good care of me and my friends/family! I send everybody I know to Eddie!

Purchase of a 2019 Ford F-150 xlt Fx4

Mike Rodriquez and Mike Lewis were very helpful and understanding of my situation, and even though we couldn’t get my payments in the range that I would have liked, they did the best they could to get me max value for my trades. Also working with me to split up my down payment was pretty unheard of. I will continue to do business with Bill Utter Ford. Great people, Great service. God bless each of them. Warranty and non-warranty repairs

Brought my 2014 Focus SE in for 3 warranty repairs (TCM replacement, Canister Valve replacement and door latches), plus having the clutch pack replaced out of warranty. John Witt was great - helped with my rental car setup and got it covered under the warranty repairs, as well as keeping me updated on the repair process. They finished all the repairs within 2 days and it wound up being a lot less expensive than I was anticipating. Great Job!

In cold weather there is a rattle, not engine noise.

My 2016 Fiesta has a rattle when the outside temperature is in the 30's. It's not an engine noise. After driving a few miles, it goes away but does this every time after sitting. I'm not sure it's fixed, but everyone at Bill Utter Ford is friendly and kind.

Good experience buying a used truck.

Found a truck that meet my needs and bought for a price that I thought was fair. The added spayed in bed liner was done well, truck was detailed and had a full tank of gas when I came back to pick up. Larry helped me move over my items from old vehicle to my new truck.

Great Experience

Jason was great. I didn’t feel pressured and he worked with me. I left the same day with exactly what I wanted. Grapevine Ford lost a sale and return customer because this experience was exceptional!

Ford exchange Air Bag at no cost.

Utter Ford replaced Air Bag as described in Ford notice. The Ford company sent a notice to have this done. There was no charge for me.

Oil Changes and Recalls

I have visited with Bill Utter for 2 oil changes and 2 recalls that I had done for my 2014 Ford Focus Hatch. The service department has always been helpful, patient, flexable, and friendly to me, and has been knowledgeable and upfront with me and car's needs. They have been quick and efficient everytime that I have come in, and I plan on doing business with them for now on!
