I stopped using your service center a few years ago due to a couple of bad experiences and bad customer service. I was skeptical about doing the recalls for a long time because I did not want to deal with having to go through the same issues. Luckily Erin was able to gain my confidence and I had a good experience. I will be coming back as long as I can continue to work with her.

Erin is my service advisor. I had to bring is my Truck less than 24 hours after picking it up new from Bill Utter. She got everything taken care of and clearly understood the needs of business vehicles.

Crappy
My wife dropped my truck off for an oil change at 8:30 am and returned at 13:30 to find that it had not been touched yet and people were just standing around and no one even offered to make it right!!

Roberto was outstanding
I am happy to say that buying a car from Roberto Barrios was a great experience. No sales pressure which made the purchase an overall great experience. Amazingly helpful
Dr. Phil was great with helping me get into the truck I wanted and needed. Has been amazing with responding to every text or email before purchase and after purchase! I will most definitely recommend him to people i know looking for vehicles and will be a return customer! Amazing guy and great customer service!!!

Oil Change and State Inspection
Set up an appointment to bring in my car for an oil change and state inspection. As always this was a quick and easy process. I always feel welcome and well taken care of by the entire service team. Erin is my go to person and she treats me like family. Can't say this about a lot of places but I actually enjoy bringing in my car(s) for service at Bill Utter Ford

I came for just an oil change and a inspection
My appointment was at 10 they finish the oil change and around 11 and then there was a problem on my end with the insurance which I except is my fault but then I figured it out at 11:30 and they told me it would be 25 minutes for the inspection and it ended up being about three hours I did not leave until about 3 o’clock. Nobody was on the same page my advisor Sabrina seemed like she had no idea what was going on. It was not a good experience
