Quick, professional care

The waiting room needs to have more "things to do"...how about additional info on Ford products...like brochures, magazines, merchandise to look at and possibly buy. Walked through the sales floor and not one person greeted or acknowledged me.

Newly Purchased Truck

Drove up to the dealership and was met at the door by Mike Rodriquez. Told him we were interested in buying a 2019 truck and no more than two hours later we were the proud owners of a new Ruby Red truck. The last truck we bought took ALL day to buy. Mike in financing was great to work with, made the money part easy! Will definitely go back there for future purchases.

Danny Morris is exteremy competent and the ultimate service advisor. Knows what the problem is and explains the fix and cost without any misunderstanding or confusion.

stopped by without an appointment replaced my brake blub immediately then after replacing blub - washed my car very good service and that's why I purchase my cars from Bill Utter Ford

"The Emergency Parking Brake Failure- Service Now" Light

Well, after driving around on some muddy roads the week before and having Prestige Car Wash of Denton charge me $5 per wheel well to clean up, two days before, the above message appeared on my truck's message screen. I called the dealer, got a service rep, and asked if it was ok to drive the 4 miles from my then location to the dealer. They said it was ok and I did. They kept the vehicle for about 24 hours, found nothing, reprogrammed the alarm settings and $95 later released my hostage truck. It is only one day after all this and nothing else has happened. And the dealer driver, Ripley, helps ameliorate the experience by regaling his passengers with many interesting tales of far away places.

module replacement

Initial experience was frustrating as I seemed to have gotten lost in service department turnovers with no communication. Hats off to Eddie who took the reins and got the matter taken care of. Eddie was professional, friendly and determined to take care of the issues. Note Eddie is not listed on your website.

Great Experience with this Dealer! Highly Recomemd, First Cl

Drove 3hrs to purchase a vehicle they had for sale. Adam Russell my sales guy had excellent communication, worked on getting me the best deal possible, had the car detailed and gas completely filled knowing Inwas driving 3hrs back home. Had all the paperwork ready and a meeting set with finance as soon as I walked in. Best experience I've had with a dealership. First Class, Highly recomend!

Very poor service

Didn't repair problem week before so then had to tow, appt at 11 and still hadn't got to it at 2, told was ready and wasn't, had to initiate each call, and then wouldn't accept 15% off because I didn't submit in advance.

I want to add that Perry Eggleston responded to my review quickly and apologized for the poor service I received. He provided a reimbursement for the towing and 15% off of service. The management side of the service area is responsive and helpful.

Service experience was excellent.

Greg Hall has always answered all my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with his responses. All the people servicing my vehicle are very professional.
