Fast, Excellent, Easy
Made the appointment on line. When I arrived, was greeted immediately. Nice/comfortable lounge, and I actually watched my car being serviced right outside the window I was setting by. Service advisor did not try to sell me on extra needs for my vehicle. In & out in less than an hour.

Not too good this time
It took about 20-30 minutes for someone to help me when I arrived even though you were not busy. This was very unusual, never had this problem Not sure why??? I was then told I could wait for the car since the inspection sticker would only take 20-30 minutes. I had offered to leave the car and come back but was told it would not take long. I arrived at about 930 and left at 1230 (~ 3 hours!!!)

Oil Change and Tires
I needed to replace my tires and Bill Utter matched the price I could have gotten some where else. They schedule my oil change, state inspection and tire replacement. It was all done in about 2 1/2 hours. Erin Bostick did a tremendous job in meeting needs and schedule.

Don my service manager did an excellent job, I got the entire visit explained and took the extra time to tell me about the tire pressure being low. The cinnamon rolls were awesome too.

Good service
The service at BUF is always great. They take their time to make sure things are done well. Sometimes, it takes a little longer because of being busy. I do wish that they would offer a car wash for service customers.

Phil is awesome

2nd New Truck Purchase
I purchased my 2nd new truck with Tom Corrigan of Bill Utter Ford. Tom is a straight shooter and Bill Utter Ford does what they say they will do. Hats off to Danny Morris in Service as well. Always delivers as promised.

Body shop selling a service they can’t perform - resolved
Update- Colby W, collision manager, contacted me after posting the review and asked for me to bring my car back in to correct the bad PDR. They were able to properly fix the damage at no charge. I am very satisfied with the results. When I picked up the car, learned there was a change in management. I hope this resolves the issues in the dept. fingers crossed. Original- I had a small amount of damage to a front fender. I needed to bring the car in for an oil change and asked if the body shop could give an estimate for paintless dent repair. I received a call stating they could get it 95-99% fixed for $250. The following day I get a call saying they can’t work on it any more and they will only charge cost because they feel bad because they didn’t hit >95% resolved. Upon picking up my car I had my first chance to see the work. It appears they let someone with absolutely no idea of how to pdr work on my car. Not only did they not repair the damage they actually managed to make it WORSE! You can see how they used the wrong tools, worked too fast, and made mistakes causing damage to a different body panel. This doesn’t include all of the other challenges with the body shop team. Being told they never worked on my car, they have no record of my car, and a lack of communication with service team. This is unacceptable behavior by a dealer and their vendor.
