The oil and filter change area has done a great job of always getting my Ford products in and handled in a timely fashion. They make sure that the truck is ready fairly close to the time promised.

Customer Service at Bill Utter Ford was exceptional. Recall notices and basic service completed with courtesy transportation to and from work a bonus. Would however recommend customers to specify tire rotation with service. That service has been performed at other dealerships without specifying.

Both items were taken care of and the front end work was much less then I thought it would be. Yay! Needed to buy a car for my college student. Originally was going to buy a pre-owned but after looking at what we wanted they suggested going with a new carand using the incentive money. This got my student into a much nicer car at the same cost. Amazing. Phil Tysinger was great. Such a nice salesman. And Mike in finance was efficient and easy to work with. He truly seems to care and understand our position. This is the second car we have purchased at Bill Utter. I would highly recommend others to give them a shot. Ask for Dr. Phil!
