It was scary for me, buying a car by myself the first time. Adam made the process easy and painless. He was helpful, respectful, and made himself available for questions or concerns. Kenneth did my financing and he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.

Recall Notice
Our church was using its 2015 Ford Van to leave on a trip out of state in FIVE days when I found a recall letter for it that we had never addressed. When I took it in, Service Writer Erin made some calls immediately and said they could get it done in the next day or two! Amazing service! Thank you for keeping our road trip on track!

Great service, I was really impressed. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I don't remember all the people that serviced me, but they were all very nice.

Miss the mark
Generally, I give five stars, but this visit went down in time and communication. 9:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Left at 11:45. A ticket that was signed in at 9:58 was serviced and left bay ahead of me. Technician apologized and realized that vehicle got placed ahead of me somehow. Stuff happens, but I never had a service advisor come and communicate with me. Every other customer had an advisor updating them. There was a recommendation by tech for additional services but the service advisor never spoke with me.

Professional and friendly staff
I bought my last truck from Bill Utter Ford (2016 F150). The salesman was Will Shropshire back then and he made the entire experience awesome. I decided to trade that truck in for a new 2018 F150 so I called Will and he remembered me from a few years back. It was his day off but I think he could tell how eager I was to get a new truck. Despite me saying that I could wait a couple of days until our schedules lined up (I travel a lot with my job) to come buy the new truck, he insisted on coming in on his day off so I could drive home that night in my new truck. Will already had the sale and he knew it. It was very clear where I was buying the new truck and who I wanted the salesperson to be but he didn't want me to have to wait a couple of days to get it so he came in on his day off for the customer. WHO DOES THAT? I also received a call from Denise Wolfe because I inquired about adding accessories. Denise also took care of me on my previous truck and was just as pleasant this time as she was a few years ago. I understand that the vehicle sales business is extremely competitive and employee turn over is pretty high in that industry. The fact that Bill Utter Ford retains there employees so people like me have the same experience each time should mean something to upper management. You guys have something special there. Please keep doing what you are doing and I will continue to buy from you and advise others to do the same. Thank you so much for always treating me like I am your only customer!

Bill Utter Ford's Service department Rocks!!!
I have been using Bill Utter Fords service department, since we moved here in 2006. I would never go any where else. Danny Morris (Service Department) is the best. I trust him 100%. He tells me what he thinks I need, and what I don't need. I love Bill Utter Ford!!!!

I found my truck on auto trader spoke to the salesman at the dealership went out to look at it it fit my criteria I was able to purchase the truck and be out of the dealership within an hour and a half 👍👍
