Service

Very helpful and friendly. They listened to me and my concerns and noted the issues that will be resolved at a later date. Oil change was fine.

Awesome service

Danny and the service techs did not miss a beat. Did the normal routine maintenance, essential for the vehicle, but also completed state inspections for us. They also helped us out with a used vehicle we had just purchased from another dealership, bad decision on our part.

I’m Always Well Taken Care Of

Every visit is pleasant. From when I show up with my truck to when I pay and go home, I receive the best service from helpful, pleasant people. I have never ever felt that I was a bother. I always ask for Erin for my service advisor because she is the best. She is better than any service advisor at other dealerships. I am being unfair to her colleagues because she was my first service advisor at Bill Utter. I latched on to her and I don’t know how good the others are. I suspect they are just as good because Bill Utter Ford is a class act.

New vehicle #7 from Bill Utter!

Doyle Chaffin is our sales guy and he is awesome!! He knows his vehicles and helps us choose the perfect one for us each time!! Doyle is kind, knowledgeable, patient, caring and honest. We drive away knowing we got a great deal!!! Ken in finance, Denise in accessories both so helpful and knowledgeable. Even Carl came over and thanked us for coming in again. We love this dealership and will continue to refer to it and use it! Thank you Bill Utter Ford for another great experience!!

Great Customer Service!

Eddie Church is the best! He is always respectful, in a good mood and eager to assist. This visit was for our son's F150 while he was home on Christmas break from college. The sliding moon roof broke with only several days left before our son needed to return back for class. Eddie managed his team and made sure the parts were in stock so the truck could be repaired on time. As needed, the truck was repaired on time and our son was able to safely return back to college without being in a last minute rush. Thanks Eddie!

Straightforward and Easy

I buy a lot of cars. I really appreciate dealers like Bill utter who don’t jerk you around and just get to the bottom line. I was able to do work with Michael Rodriguez over the phone, come and see the truck, and purchase it with very little Time wasted or haggling. I also appreciate Tom McGarvey and Mike Lewis who helped finish the transaction smoothly and in a very timely manner. This was my first experience with Bill Utter and definitely not my last.

Great Service Department

I first used the service department about 8 years ago when I had a Saturn. I was so impressed, that I bought 3 Ford Edges from them since. It is the only service I use.

My second great experience at Bill Utter Ford

Bill Utter Ford is the best auto dealership that I have ever worked with. They take all the frustration out of the buying process. Bill Utter offered me more than I expected for both of my trade ins. This time, they offered thousands more than another dealer. They really worked hard and got the price of the new vehicle to a number that fit my budget. Our salesman, Alan Grubbs was great throughout the entire process. Working with Alan is like working with a family member, rather than dealing with a salesman. He is just awesome. He even covered towing my vehicle all the way from Richardson. I have purchased two vehicles through Alan, and I will be giving him a call when I need a third. I have recommended Bill Utter Ford to all my friends and family for years, and I will continue to do so.

Extremely helpful and efficient!

I started out my buying process through email. Phil Tysinger was my salesman and he was very patient, helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. After finishing the right truck and handling all my finance questions Phil had the truck ready for a test drive and paperwork ready. I work two jobs so time was tight. But Phil and Kenneth Carter in finance had everything ready and waiting to exactly what we agreed upon. The process was seemless! Thank you for all the help!
