Worth the drive

I have purchased three vehicles from Bill Utter. Each time I've been very satisfied with the experiences. Sales people are professional and easy to work with. Finance was fast and painless. With each purchase I was able to get in and out within hours, not all day like other dealerships. This last experience with Jim and Mike was exceptional.

Getting to know Toronto Spikes

I needed a bigger truck and stopped at Utter Ford. Toronto greeted me, I told him the stock number I was looking for and he immediately found the keys for me. In minutes I was on the test drive. Upon returning, I told him where I needed to be and within a few minutes, he met my offer. I told him I wanted to give it a day or two before making a final decision and he let me go without pressuring me into a sale. The next day, I called to tell him I’d be by at 5pm. When I got there, the truck was ready, finance was ready, and we were out of there within an hour. Overall it was very quick and painless.

Best experience buying a vehicle

Bill Utter ford dealership is by far the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. I worked with Michael Rodriguez and it was a no pressure, straight forward experience. You could tell he was receptive to my needs and worked hard at getting me a amazing deal. The sales manger and all the staff was extremely nice with a no pressure sales attitude. If you are looking to not to play games and get a straight forward approach to buying a vehicle look no further. You can’t lose with the team at Bill Utter.

Initial oil change and DEF replacement -

My main reason for not changing my oil at the dealership - always takes too long - I can be in a drive thru and out in 20 to 30 minutes but it takes about an hour at the dealership - If I have another reason for being there, then no problem...

Great experience

I just bought a new 2018 Ford F150 XLT today from Mr. Cory Cueallar and it was a great experience. He gave me a good price and I was able to get everything done within an hour. Thank you!

Excellent service with competent people.

Great service. Customer oriented. Wonderful attitude and competent workmanship. Highly recommend this company. Friendly staff. No BS. First time in many years that I have used dealer for service work. Will definitely go back for all my maintenance needs.

Service

Very happy with Erin. She was very helpful, friendly and communicated with us. We were not happy the original issue could not be duplicated and had to have our car in to two different Ford dealers within 3 days. Also not happy with the fact that this issue has been reported as a known problem for a while and no recall has been made. Not happy with our first Ford vehicle.
