Oil change took a little longer than normal.
Took 2hrs for oil change, little longer than normal. Service Advisor was very nice . Length of time that it took for oil change was too long..

First time going to Bill Utter service department. Erin is a great customer service representative. The truck came back clean and running great. I appreciate the hospitality shuttle service.

Car buying made easy
It was time for my mom to buy a new car and with all of the options out there she was feeling quite overwhelmed. As we were looking at cars in the parking lot a salesman approached and asked if we needed help. Our salesman was Roberto Barrios. He is very polite and easy going. He gave the right amount of help without hovering or being pushy. We felt very comfortable with him. We didn't buy that day because it is a big decision and my mom wanted to think about which model would be best for her. Having Roberto as our salesman was a big reason we returned to Bill Utter. My mom felt very at ease with him.

What I expect
The service department delivered on what I expected them to do for what I pointed out. They followed up on the code 1450 and replaced a part that had gone out once before. Just past the warranty experation date. Just my luck. Overall satisfied.

Six months later still can't drive my car
My car had a recall when I bought it in June. It is now almost December and I still can't drive my car due to the recall. I will give them credit they have provided a rental car for me to use while I wait. My car is currently sitting in the driveway not running. Nervous about the damage it may have from just sitting there.

Good Experience
My experience with the service department was a positive one. Our service rep Erin was easy to work with. They handled my recall issues on my truck in a very timely fashion. In and out in 1/2 day. Overall experience was very good.
