Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else

Can't really put into word on roberto customer service and professionalism, if you are looking for a car this is the man get one from. This was my first ever experience at a dealership buying my first car. So i was inexperienced. But man i was impressed. roberto was the only one who saw my as an adult trying to buy he first car and he didn't take advantage of that. He told me all the in and out and how the how process work.Lets just say 21 year old me walked out with a brand new 2014 mustang for less than 20K. This is just the start of it. lets fast forward few year later. Me having a family it was time to get rid of the stang. Of course i went back i bought my family vehicle it was one of the hardest things. I'm a very picky person so having roberto keep bring me keys and taking me up and down the lot. Lets just say this man patience is TOP OF THE LINE! But we made it out of there. Bought my 2018 Jeep wrangler at a great price. oh on top of that we took the whole evening so some of the banks had close and that would require some of the next morning. he told me not to worry about it and gave me the keys to my jeep. Lets just say this place and the personnel working there make you feel like you part of the family. Best place to buy your next vehicle.

Used car purchase

Saw a car online called and made an appointment to test drive. Got there the car was ready to drive and they let me take it home that afternoon so the wife could see it and drove it back to them 4 hours later answered all questions and bought the car. Super easy to work with and very competitive price. Did the paperwork in less than 5 minutes and drive off. Love that there was no pressure, no constant phone calls, emails or anything else. Adam the salesman respected my time and will give them a opportunity on my next car later next year!!

This is how buying a car should be.

I've only purchased a vehicle from a dealership twice before and neither was a good experience. I'm happy to say that Adam Russell and Bill Utter Ford were completely different. There was no pressure and no false promises. The agreed upon price was to include minor dent repair and even after the sale was 100% complete, they followed through exactly as promised. All you have to do is look at the reviews of Bill Utter compared to those of the other large dealerships in the area and it becomes obvious that they're doing something better than the competition.

Great experience!

Very pleasant experience-no pressure! We have been Bill Utter Ford customers since the early 70’s & have always been satisfied with the service we have received! Kyle Hodges was our salesman & we appreciated his professionalism. As always we enjoyed working with Carl Anderson & like the no pressure environment. We highly recommend Bill Utter Ford!

State inspection

I got my truck State safety inspection done and they reset my clock and lnspected every thing else on my truck grate job .there hot choclate was great

best customer service!

We have bought our cars from Bill Utter for the last 25 years. They have always treated us with the upmost respect. Doyle Chaffin has been our salesman forever!!! Highly recommend him!! The service department is always great. Danny is amazing!! They get the work completed in a timely manner. And my dad worked for Bill Utter for many years. I grew up with the Utters. Won’t find a better family or dealership ??

tire leaking air slowly - difficult to find -they found it

I had a right rear tire slowly leaking. It had previously been checked showing on puncture. I had recently driven 500 miles and using my tire sensors on the vehicle, had to stop periodically replace the air leaked out. After a thorough inspection, they discovered the tire stem leaking slowly but only when it was in a certain position. It was replaced. .
