Don Swift was great!

Don Swift was Great! He knew what he was talking about. He got me in and out quicker than I expected. Waiting area is very nice and all of the staff was very nice.

9 months of problems, then...

I purchased pre-owned Ford Escape for cash. Intermittent reoccurring challenge. At wits end, thinking I would take huge hit to trade in per salesman, pre owned sales manager saved the day. He gave me several options to trade for original value. He determined my 2014 would not be sold on their lot and traded for a 2017 of like miles. Ken S. saved the day. Was 24 hrs. from launching social media campaign. But Ken took charge and made it right. Erin was A+ service rep and mechanic did everything he could to fix it. Ken redeemed the dealership. The GM followed his lead. I will continue to use Bill Utter Ford.

Purchase of my 2018 Ford F250

We first contacted Bill Utter Ford by the internet on a vehicle we seen on their site. Toronto Spikes quickly contacted us back by phone. We ask for some pricing on the truck. He went and work up some pricing for us and contacted us right back. We live an hour away from the dealership but decided to make the drive. When we arrived the first thing we seen was Toronto had already pulled the truck up to the front door for us. Toronto showed us around the truck then we went inside to look at the numbers again...Needless to say we bought the truck. Toronto made every step very convenient which streamlined the process. Great sales person!! I will say that everyone we met in the dealership bent over backwards to make us comfortable. Great Experience! Denise Wolfe in the Aftermarket Accessories Department handled my bed liner install a few days later. She knew I was coming from an hour away so she expedited the install and got me in and out in 2 hours. Wow!

Excellent dealership. Best buying experience.

My brother and I came into the dealership in order to get 2012 Ford Focus transmission repaired. My brother wanted to explore new vehicles and we met with Steve Davidson who graciously showed us several new vehicles. While looking, Steve informed us that all repairs on the 2012 would be paid for by Ford and that we may no longer be interested. Very impressive. My brother went ahead and bought a new 2018 Ford Focus and he is most pleased. All facets of the transaction were handled quickly.

Great Customer Service

Recently had an accident and in need of a new vehicle. I drove to every dealerships up and down I-35E frontage road Denton and Corinth. Last stop Bill Utter Ford. I was met at the front door by Kyle Hodges. He was very attentive to my needs and instantly attempted to meet attempted to answer all my questions. What impressed me the most...no pressure. He didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle. Kyle walked me through the information of the cost of the car including rebates without pressure. He was the first to help with this process. Wow! Was I impressed! All other dealerships wouldn't discuss cost without first committing to purchase a car. After an accident and all that entails I really didn't need undo pressure. Thank you Kyle, thank you Bill Utter for making my transition easier. Yes I plan to purchase a Ford Fusion! Yes I'm telling all my friends about Bill Utter!

State inspection

Customer services was good friendly and courteous. Did not have to wait long. The gentleman that greeted was very polite & even offer us a bottle water. I didn’t catch his name

Super Service from Terrific People

I didn’t have an appointment but dropped in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation on our 2017 Explorer. The staff was very nice and got me in. The new customer waiting area is very nice: spotlessly clean, lots of snacks for purchase, big flat screen TVs and fast WiFi. It really is a nice facility! My car was ready in just a little while. This was an excellent experience; Thank you Bill Utter Ford!

Job Well Done

One of my windows rolled down but would not roll back up. The service department at Bill Utter are always polite, courteous and more than willing to make things right as quickly as possible. Driving around with a window down just doesn’t work in this Texas heat. They fixed it and another issue I had in a very timely fashion. They also shuttled us back and forth to home while our repairs were being done. Thanks again for a job well done!

Excellent buying experience

During a service appointment at Bill Utter Ford for my wife’s SUV I was browsing the trucks and was approached by a very professional salesman. After checking out multiple trucks he found the truck I was looking for. He worked hard to find me valuable discounts to bring the price in my range and the deal was done.
