Kim Payne and this dealership did an excellent job for us
We had been looking into purchasing a Ford Fusion or Ford Fusion Energi from a couple of dealerships. One of the dealerships told us they had a new one in stock but when we arrived there after a 45 min drive we found out we had been baited. We met Kim on our way home from work at the end of the day and he stayed late to help inform us and allowed us to test drive a car even though everyone was leaving for the day. He followed up within 2 days with the car we had been looking for on the lot and as we were going through the deal even surprised us with unexpected savings he had found from Ford. This was the least hassle most honest new car deal I have ever made. Thank you Kim for looking out for us before, during, and after the sale. We love the car and will definitely see you again when we are ready for our next vehicle.

Not bad
I made an appointment for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:45 am, and I was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours. They hadn’t even started on the vehicle until over an hour later. So it was over 2 1/2 hours later when they finished with it. Very frustrating.

Great Experience
It was my first time buying a brand new car and Jason made sure to break everything down to where I understood what I was getting myself into. Though my credit isn't perfect they took into account that I haven't missed a payment in three years with my previous car and were able to offer a reasonable payment plan. The day I went to pick up my car it unfortunately got scratched or dinged up during the detailing process. Understandably I was very upset and was considering looking to other dealerships to take my business. Mike handled the situation perfectly, they were extremely apologetic, offered free window tinting and a loaner car until they fixed the issue. Instead of just covering it up they were completely honest which is a rare trait that is greatly admirable. I'm very happy I stuck with these guys, they made it completely worth while.

Over the top customer service
I have worked with Bill Utter Ford for over 10 years for a variety of reason for our vehicles and every time the service agents are polite, helpful, informative and do what they say. Even if I just call with questions or want to know about pricing or information they are kind and make time for me. They are a long standing family business in the community and their dedication and quality shows in all areas from vehicle selection, upgrading the property, capable staff, even at times having events. My only complaint would be to monitor the direction of their sprinkler system to keep it on the grass.

Outstanding Service
We purchased a new 2018 Ford F-150 about a week ago. We worked with Kim Payne as the salesman and our experience was nothing but exceptional! Kim was not pushy at all, had a great sense of humor and made it a very pleasant experience for us all the way around! Everyone we came in contact with through the process were friendly and helpful in every way. We purchased a 1997 Ford Expedition from Bill Utter Ford which we still have today and it has been a wonderful vehicle for all these years. We wouldn't shop anywhere else and highly recommend both this business and Kim Payne as the ones to deal with!

Friendly service
Friendly service and kept me updated on the progress of the completed job. Eddie made I got ride to and from dealership to home also checking on recall for airbag from awhile back for the parts to complete.

Define appointment?
First visit to this Ford Service Dept. Scheduled for “The Works” oil change. Got there 8 minuets prior to my appointment time this morning. At check in told me it would be an hour. I was there for 2 hours& 10 minuets. Would have gotten the other recommend work done today if it wasn’t for the fact that I spent the entire a.m. there already. Not sure why you can schedule an appointment when you are just placed in the same order without one. I will drive back to my old dealership 15 minuets further away from home in the future. Workmanship was fine. The time spent sitting is why I am only giving 2 stars. Staff working seemed like this was normal situation. My family has 4 Ford vehicles. Probably will not be back to this dealership service department.
