Great Experience

I reached out via the web looking for a 2018 Ford F150. Doyle Chaffin contacted me and listened to my needs and found the perfect vehicle. His follow-up and communication was excellent. I was totally satisfied with the pricing and the process. From the sales person to F&I and accessories, it was a great experience.

My interaction with Laura Anderson was excellent. She rates.

Laura listens to understand my requirements. When I'm ready I will come in and ask for her directly. This is the opposite of the experience I had a year ago. Keep up the great work Laura.

Walked in just to look. Walked out with a new Explorer!

Sometimes, things just come together. This first visit to Bill Utter Ford, we were greeted by Kim Payne. Chatted a few minutes, mentioned we liked the Explorer Limited but had never even sat in one. Kim immediately brought out a brand new vehicle and my wife took the wheel for a test drive. That was it! Signed a few papers for Kim, did the same with finance officer Kenneth Carter, chatted with Carl "Butch" Anderson about Denton 'back in the day' and we were done. No high pressure to buy. No stress. No strain. Even got a nice deal on our Cadillac SRX trade. Bill Utter Ford gets our Five Star stamp of approval.

Back on the road

We were picking up my F-150 from the service center, when my wife's car (not a Ford) died in the parking lot late one afternoon. The Bill Utter team was great. They tried a couple of simple things in the parking lot, and it became clear that a) we needed real shop time, and b) the warranty from the other make of car wasn't going to cover it. John Witt, our service advisor told us to just leave it and the next morning he called; it was fixed. We were really pleased with the price too.

Smooth Internet Sale

Great Experience!

Our salesperson, Chris Blazo, was professional and gave us a good deal without a lot of haggle. Our wait was minimal compared to what it usually is. I would recommend this dealership.
