New car buyer
Chris was very knowledgable about the vehicles when showing them to us. Answered all of our questions, and was very polite even staying way past closing to make sure we knew everything about the SUV we purchased. This included setting up my phone to work with the SUV I purchased. I would highly recommend asking for Chris. Bill Cooper was very helpful in helping us with pricing. Seemed very genuine. Carl Anderson even came out and spent time with us thanking us for our business. Really everyone was super I just can't remember all their names.

Excellent, Friendly with no pressure
This is my 2nd truck that I have bought from Bill Utter Ford and have never been as pleased with a salesman as I am in dealing with Jason. This has truly been the best truck buying experience I have had. From the beginning to the end. Total professionals. For Truck Accessories go see Denise. They have also serviced and worked on my trucks in the past. Raptor purchase
Contacted Doyle Chaffin in February about ordering a new Raptor. He had the build sheet to me within minutes and the order placed by the end of the day. No fuss! Picked up my truck two weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Love Monica and all the folks at Bill Utter! Great job Doyle!

Good buying process
Probably one of the easiest and quickest experiences I've had. My sales person was not hard core and that's what I liked. He really wanted to make sure we were getting the right vehicle to suit our needs.

car problems
I was on my way to work this morning and my car started to overheat I lost my power steering so I had to pull off the side of the road call Bill Utter Ford talk to Danny Morris and he sent out B&O towing company to pick me up I'm very grateful for him sending someone to pick me up to get my vehicle to the dealership Danny greeting me outside to make sure everything was okay with my vehicle and reassured me that my vehicle will get fixed thank you Bill Utter Ford for the great service service department always does an excellent job when I come in there to get my car done Danny Moore Johnny are the ones are always helping me out they are great help to the business they keep this business running smoothly and stress-free my gratitude thank you Bill Utter Ford I will buy my next vehicle from y'all I'll recommend all my family and friends to come to your and get their services and buy cars from y'all.
