great experience

We had a great experience. Robert was very gracious and gave us all the information we needed about the 2017 Mustang I was looking at. We test drove on Saturday and came back on Monday and purchased the car. It was an easy process.

Awesome place

Overall experience was outstanding and I wish that I had started my truck search experience with Bill Utter first and not have wasted so much time going to other dealerships. From the moment, I drove on the lot, to leaving a couple of hours later with my new truck, I felt no pressure from the sales team. It was almost hard to believe that a test drive and buying experience could go so smooth. Thank you, Phil, for walking us thru the process and the good advice about the truck.

easy purchase

I found a use Ram 2016 with 6K miles while researching online. I filled out the contact page online and Alan contacted me right away. We figured out the final price over the phone and email. He said he would have me out of the dealership ASAP and would have all the paper work ready. He did exactly what he said he would do. I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. Alan was great and was on top of it.

GREAT Saleman

We just purchased our8th vehicle from Doyle Chaffin. We purchased our son his dream car a 2018 Mustang GT for Christmas and Graduation. Doyle was patient and explained all of the features on the car and made our son feel like he was special. The 9th one Is order and looking forward to it coming in..

Great buying experience all round!

We couldn't have asked for a better salesman! I was shopping for a truck all day and Coron was the first sales person to come out and speak with me. That is the reason I came back to Utter Ford to purchase the truck from Coron. Then we met Denise and she was very helpful and informative about the accessories. Mike in Finance found us the best deal and we couldn't be happier!
