More than I had hoped for

AMAZING!

Dave was AMAZING! I came in about a month ago inquiring about a new car purchase. He gave me all the information that I needed in order to make a decision and then checked in with me to make sure that I didnt have any other questions. Yesterday I came in knowing that I wanted to leave with a new car and Dave made that happen! He was attentive and patient and absolutely amazing! I will definitely be referring all of my friends and colleagues to Bill Utter Ford, specifically David Underwood!!

Very positive experience

Have not purchased a car in a long time and was not looking forward to what had become a necessary exercise. Spent time researching various makes models and dealers on the internet, still dreading. Fortunately, connected with Bill Hesters, the Internet Sales Manager who could not have been more helpful and responsive. No hard sell. Walked me through a number of scenarios about the car and financing options before I ever went into the dealership. Once there, he turned me over to "Easy Steve" Davidson who conducted the test drive and filled me in on the capabilities/features of the car. Then sat with Mike Lewis in Finance for 10 minutes, signed the necessary paperwork and drove out with my new car in a little over 1 hour. Never felt any pressure. No one had to "check with someone else." Overall a very pleasant experience.
