Thought I'd give it another shot after a poor experience
Thought I'd give it another shot after a poor experience 2.5 years ago, as they are always sending service coupons my way. I made an appointment for an Oil Change, showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early and sat in the drive for 15 minutes and was told multiple times my advisor would be right out. He never showed so I went inside and told him I had an appointment for an oil change, he asked another guy to write up the ticket. As he is writing up the ticket, he tells me the wait is about 2 and a half hours. How is that service at a place called "Quick Lane" WITH an appointment?
