Never feel pressured by the service department. They’ll let you know what they recommend, then it’s up to you to choose what to do. Prices for services are competitive with independent shops around town.

I recently had my tire replaced at the Med Center Mazda , and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, efficient, and courteous. They clearly explained my options, helped me choose the right tire for my vehicle, and completed the replacement of my flat tire quickly without compromising on quality. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and customer care — they even checked my alignment and provided tips for tire maintenance going forward. If you’re looking for trustworthy service and a team that truly knows Mazda vehicles, I highly recommend the Mazda Center. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs!

The wait wasn’t terribly long.

The wait wasn’t terribly long. Appreciate the technician’s video recap of services performed/needed. Gerald was phenomenal! The best experience yet! Very helpful and courteous. Checkout was a breeze. Very friendly personnel. The sales staff however (unrelated to my visit) were not friendly or courteous at all. Not even a “good morning” or “may I help you?” It’s doubtful I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership when I’m in the market to do so.

Everything went well.

Everything went well. Dropped off the car and came back a little later once it was done. The service technician, Liam ,did an excellent job on the video and is the main reason for my 5 star review. My husband was especially impressed by him and said 'that's how every video should be from here on out'.

From the time we walked on the lot until we drove away in

From the time we walked on the lot until we drove away in our new Mazda CX 5, we were treated with respect and the utmost courtesy. DeWayne was very knowledgeable and friendly. His expertise helped seal the deal. No one was pushy, yet were there to answer all questions, go for test drive, and complete paperwork quickly and professionally! Facilities were clean and everyone spoke and smiled! Great experience here all around.

We had a great experience at Med Center Mazda. We worked with Will, he was very nice and personable. We never felt pressured or rushed during the purchase process. Mazda really stands out in pricing and financing. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone considering Mazda.
