They were extremely rude.
They were extremely rude. I arrived at 2:40 and told the guy at the service department desk that I had an appointment at 3, and he confirmed my name. I gave him the coupon I received in the mail for buy 3 tires, get one for $1. The guy at the desk said 'tires, at 3? ugh' and scoffed at me. He was rude. He then told me to go sit down, and he would bring me the papers to sign. He brought the iPad over a couple minutes later and I signed to have an oil change, new tires, and my usb ports looked at. I sat there for over 2 hours. The cashier, Cindy, came over at 5 pm and asked if I was the one who made an appointment for new tires. I told her yes. She said 'well that wasn't technically an appointment.' My appointment confirmation begs to differ. She said they will not be able to do the service as their technicians start going home at 4 and new tires take a really long time to do. According to their hours, the service department is open until 6 pm, so that gave them 3 hours to put new tires on my car. They had done NOTHING as of 5 pm (and I sat there the whole time). Cindy said I had two options since I didn't live close: I could take my car and bring it back at a different time with another appointment, or I could take a loaner car. I took the loaner car because I live over an hour away and didn't want to have to sit through another appointment that they may or may not actually do anything at. She apologized and said I shouldn't have sat there without anyone saying anything. I told her what the guy said when I walked in. Cindy was very nice. This whole experience was frustrating

Actual service was fine; however, poor time management by service. Had an 8:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Finally left the dealership at 11:30. What’s the point of an appointment if it is still first come first serve?

Big Shout Out to Tyler at the Service Department… He always provide an amazing attention to the customers and makes sure we are taken care of and drive safely on the roads. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and had the pleasure of working with Tyler. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely cared about ensuring my car was taken care of properly. My car runs great, the tire was fixed and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. Big thanks to Tyler and the entire service team.
