Top notch service department.

Top notch service department. Friendly staff. Provided great service vehicles while the transmission and clutch were replaced in my Miata. Will definitely continue to use even though it’s 100 miles from where I live.

Spent over 900.

Spent over 900.00 for service and had to get new brake pads and rotors sanded. Noticed a banging noise within 50 miles and lugs nuts i could hand tighten. I tightened them and then called dealer who recommended i have the other tires and nuts checked at express lube.

I was trying to find a car that was suitable for my wife

I was trying to find a car that was suitable for my wife that is in a wheelchair.Rubin was very helpful because he suggested upgrading to a higher trim. With the upgrade it wasn't much more, I got a power seat for my wife plus 4 extra item which was well worth the extra cost, I will be sure to recommend Rubin and this dealership to anyone wanting a car.

Med Center Mazda is a neat, clean and orderly dealership.

Med Center Mazda is a neat, clean and orderly dealership. Making the service appointment was flawless. The service writer (James Hobbs), was not friendly at the least. He was very short and seem to be bothered. He failed to acknowledge that I was there. The other service writer acknowledged my presence and informed me that Mr. Hobbs would be waiting on me. After my car was serviced, I informed Mr. Hobbs that I could not locate my keys. He went to my car and found them on the passenger floorboard, but never said a word. He doesn't seem to be satisfied with his job. I hope he treats other customers better than he treated me.

We purchased the Car Care Service Plan when we purchased

We purchased the Car Care Service Plan when we purchased our vehicle in 2021. The service department almost never remembers to apply the benefits. I purchased a battery, wipers and got a tire rotation. All of which should have had a discount applied, but none were. Super annoying!
