The service department kept me updated and worked through

The service department kept me updated and worked through a difficult to diagnose issue with my 2010 Miata. DJ was very patient and helpful.

I had a great experience from start to finish.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The team did exactly what they said they would do and they listen to my special request. I highly Recommend Med Center, Mazda and the gentleman I worked with.

Everything g went well while there.

Everything g went well while there. After, I noticed that the glovebox is damaged, so I need to come back to have that repaired

The dealership is very nice.

The dealership is very nice. The service department attitude is one of the worst I’ve ever seen, watch the video of the service repair. They said I had a nail in my tire put it back on did not fix the tire, very poor workmanship.

The pricing and service time was good.

The pricing and service time was good. But the wrong tires were installed. Not the ones I'd ordered. I didn't realize till yesterday or I would've said something.
