Very thorough service.

Very thorough service. Loved the fact that I received a video of the inspection. Clean waiting room, and I wasn't there as long as I expected to be.

Everyone, I have encountered, at Med Center Mazda is helpful, accommodating and does everything possible to give you the best service experience. All of the work done on my Mazda has been excellent, and I have been a loaner car to drive if the service is going to take more than a couple of hours. These are the reasons I drive so far to have my car serviced at Med Center Mazda.

Was a great experience was in and out I pick the perfect

Was a great experience was in and out I pick the perfect day when it was a football game ( didn’t know at first) . Took off a star only because I have a issue with my dashboard on my suv a circle and hard bot under the dash material that will not go away and it still haven’t gotten resolved and it troubles me a lot more due to warranty ending soon and no one wants to help me anymore over it seems.

I had them replace a HID bulb for headlights.

I had them replace a HID bulb for headlights. When I left on Thursday 24th and got on the road it wasn’t working. I called the next day and left a message and I still haven’t heard anything. It’s Saturday. 🤷🏻‍♂️
