The center itself is excellent. The staff is professional but friendly and the facilities are immaculately clean. For the second time however, the online scheduling failed to work for me so I had to make two separate visits to have very routine work done. Obviously this is a problem beyond the control of the dealership but they helped me get a good slot for my return. I also wish loaner cars were an option.

James has walked me thru maintenance of my 2016 CX 3 after my husband of 51 years died. I was anxious about car maintenance so he kindly explained all work needed. He was very conscious of my financial problems so made sure all work was done with cost considered. I trust him to keep my car running for many miles, as Mazdas are noted for.
