I recently had the pleasure of working with Tyler at Medcenter Mazda, and I can’t recommend him enough! From start to finish, his communication was clear, prompt, and helpful. Tyler demonstrated excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident every step of the way. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive—he was able to explain features, options, and comparisons in a way that made the process much easier to understand. Very knowledgeable, making sure that I understand the operation of all the accessories in my new vehicle. Plus Todd the service manager taking time out to meet with me on my new CX 90. A real good experience so thank you very much.

Joey was amazing.

Joey was amazing. From the first interaction, he respected my buying experience, my time and did not push for the sale but made sure I was comfortable driving the car and the choice I'd made. His team were so helpful and kind.

Took about the amount of time that I thought it would

Took about the amount of time that I thought it would take, maybe a little less. Cost less than I thought it would. Staff was friendly snd coffee was good.

Med Center Mazda service dept is the best!

Med Center Mazda service dept is the best! We have dealt with them for 20 years and they ALWAYS go the extra mile to accommodate us. I was in dire need of some immediate service and they managed to work it in and got me on my way. They have always been courteous and helpful and try their very best to help. Thanks, guys!
