I came in with the intent to test drive a Miata, and I ended up buying it that day. Keith was very helpful and informative, and this car has quickly become my favorite car I've owned. Great customer service.

Great customer service. One of the cleanest and well put together showrooms. Service prices listed in lobby and significantly lower than competitors. If you're looking to buy, ask for Keith, one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with.

Billy was great to work with.

Billy was great to work with. I walked in and told him what I wanted, and he didn’t try to pressure or push me which I being a sales person appreciate. They were fair working out the deal and made it quick and easy.

I was initially upset.

I was initially upset. I called several times over two weeks to schedule service and never reached anyone but left 2 messages on VM and never got a call back. I ended up driving from homewood to med center to personally talk with someone to schedule service since I could not reach anyone by phone. I was a bit mad and spoke with the first person I saw. Tyler who was the brunt of my anger. He took care of my concern and scheduled my maintenance appt.and handled everything very professionally. I apologized about being upset. I travel a lot and it’s much easier for me to be able to handle setting appointments by phone rather than find time to drive to the dealership to talk a person One of the messages I left was when I was transferred to the scheduler. Ther person who transferd call said she would call me back if she wasn’t there. I waited the rest of the day and never heard back. She did call the next day because she said was off the day I called which is absolutely fine, but what why I told she was there. I would just like to know the appropriate number I need to call to talk with someone rather than leave any more messages. Thank you.

Quick and easy system made understanding issues and potential replacements easy. The process allowed for an easier decision to be made on potential work than everything being communicated verbally with no video.
