Everyone was friendly.
Everyone was friendly. Dwayne greeted me with a smile, was kind and knowledgeable. He used what I call " soft " sell. He wasn't pushy at all. He even printed a copy of the car I drove with all of the information he previously told me about. The other dealerships I visited just sent info to my email. That small gesture made a BIG difference to me!

Bring back the shuttle service or pay for Uber rides.
Bring back the shuttle service or pay for Uber rides. It cost me almost $30 to pick up my car riding with Uber.

They do a poor job of selling themselves.
They do a poor job of selling themselves. I never met the sales manager nor the service manager and I'm not even sure what we got in the new car we bought. The tires have 50 lb of air when they should have 37 and the windshield washer was almost empty. And the entertainment system had an iPhone saved to it that wasn't ours. The car showed over 500 mi which we didn't notice until we were signing up papers. Guess I moved it from dealer to dealer a lot or somebody drove it home everyday. Who knows?
