Easiest car purchase EVER!!! Billy Mansel is the BEST salesperson….communication on when our CX-90 would be at the dealership was so helpful and then taking the time to show us all about our new car made this the best buying experience we have ever had. I took the car in and they said they would call me when
I took the car in and they said they would call me when parts are available. After a week, I called them back and they said that they didn’t know they were supposed to order parts then it took another weeks for the parts to come in. They performed excellent work on the car. There was a window scratched and because it’s backordered after a month and a half we still don’t have a new back window due to backorder. The work was good. Communication was somewhat poor.
