Excellent!!! Lee Goodson is the Porsche ?Master? whether you want to buy or build a new Porsche or get the best used vehicle for your needs. Jerry Ingram was awesome, as Lee was not available when my wife and I stopped by the sales department as out Porsche was being serviced, Jerry helped my wife and I with all needs in Lee?s absence. Jerry showed us our new vehicle and helped us get our trade valued and coordinated with Lee along the way. Truly a team environment at Porsche Birmingham!

Sales individual ( William Goodson ) was patient and not pushing or directing me to purchase a car at the dealership. He helped me configure the 718 GTS convertible that I wanted. The process was enjoyable and it was a blast to see my red convertible the way I wanted it. After the purchase there was no pressure to buy additional items or warranties. I also left knowing how to use the electronic gizmos.

I found this deal being out of state.
I found this deal being out of state. I flew in on October 2024. And as part of the purchase, I was given one key for a 100k car albeit being used. I had addons - mandatory Key Replacement Service Contract + Permaplate + Dealer Doc fee which costed 1.5k. I was told to call the Key Replacement Service for a spare key. I called and was told i need to get 2 keys for the service to be viable. When i reached back out to the Sales Rep who sold me this call. No response, still waiting on the call back. Do what you may with this information. When you are being asked to lie to avail a service to get the spare key, and ghosted, it creates a distate on a 50,000$ car purchase you did. If they rectify, i would be happy with the experience.
