Had an appointment at 12pm, that is not the time you get your car serviced even for a simple oil change. That’s is when it goes in the queue for service, so it was going to be 2 hrs. I said ok and that I would take the shuttle service that is offered and come back later. Been waiting for the shuttle for an hour already. I understand for more complex services it naught take a while, but if you have an appointment time they should either perform the service like an oil change or review and let you know how long the more extensive service will take. Otherwise what is the purpose of an appointment? Why does a shuttle take over an hour? The service is only for a 5 mile radius. Waste of time and extremely disorganized for simple tasks like an oil change.

Terrible customer service. Can't get anyone to return calls -- I was having a transmission issue in a car under warranty. I had to one day just show up to get anyone's attention. Then they ordered the part for the repair, called to tell me it was in but never called me back after I requested a date to bring the car in. I called twice and never heard back until 3 weeks later. In the meantime not wanting to drive kids around town in a defective car I gave up and went to Connell and was treated like gold.
