My mom got scam into buying a car from them. She leased a Chevy volt and the lease was up so she went in and see what options did she have at lease end.... She was presented with 2 options: 1. To pay the over mileage fee end of lease documentation fee and and return the vehicle or 2. To purchase the vehicle at agreed price and no over mileage fee or lease end fee will be due. My mom went with option 2. 2 days later we received a letter from GM financial saying we owed them ~$1100 in mileage fee, my brother brought in the letter and the salesperson wasn't on site so customer service asked my brother to leave the letter and they will find out the problem and will call us if there is anything wrong. We didn't receive any call or follow up from them so we thought it has been taken care of. Fast forward 9 months, we started to receive letters and phone calls from GM saying that we still owe them the money. When I called the sales person he denied making the promise of waiving the over mileage fee and claimed he presented different options and we chose the one that still needs to settle the mileage fee even with the purchase of the car so we are still responsible for it. If my mom would have known she is still responsible for the fee then she would most likely went with another options and just end the lease.

The entire selection and purchasing experience of my new car was pleasant and rewarding. John Heinle, the salesman, who helped us select the car was friendly,... professional and knew the various features of the car we selected. There was never any pressure, only helpful suggestions. This 'pressure-free' and 'helpful' attitude continued through our dealings with Keith Meehan, the Fleet Sales Manager, who helped complete the necessary paperwork and who made valuable suggestions about financing. Sales rep was very helpful and courteous. Everyone was friendly and helpful without trying to pressure us to buy. Financing arrangements were seamly executed... and we given the choice to select who we wanted to finance with. Accepted our trade-in with a fair trade-in value. Salesperson was patient and took extra time to explain all the technology on the car so that we were comfortable driving home.
We really shopped around and found a beautiful black currant metallic 2018 Traverse at DeLillo Chevrolet. We contacted Stephanie Leon via internet about... what we wanted and how soon and she found us this car with all the options that we had wanted. She was great, sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend her!!

No high pressure...bent over to find car i wanted as far as color n etc....free water is a plus!!! Good job
We spent a lot of time at the dealership, but it was almost all just deciding on the right vehicle. Tom was so very patient. Very little time was spent... on negotiating or with finance which was so nice. They deal was fair and easy to do.
