I used this dealership when it was Walker’s didn’t see any need to change. It still has some of the same people there that were with Walker’s. I will continue to use this dealership as long as the level of service stays the same.

The service provided by this dealership was good. The staff was friendly and accommodatinv to our needs. Rodney gave us great service and I really appreciated his honesty. I would recommend this dealership to others.

The Manager knew exactly what the issue was and it was fixed ASAP. Everyone in the service dept was outstanding. I had a loaner car waiting when I arrived so I didn’t have to stay or wait on someone to pick me up. Awesome job!!

My vehicle wasn’t as clean as it should have been to be viewing for sales and after I closed the deal and ready to take ownership of my new vehicle it wasn’t very clean. I can’t give the detail shop a star at all. But this is no reflection on the sale or salesman that handled my deal

Excellent service and really sweet employees that listen to your concerns. I came in for my 30,000 service but was concerned about my brakes. They additionally took a look to give me peace of mind even if it wasn’t originally planned.

I took my car in because my washer did not work on the driver side the service guy named Steven said I had put vinegar in it I said no I have not he said they would order parts I took it back and they didn’t fix it they brought up vinegar again and it really teed me off said would order more parts coming home the driver side works but passenger side did not

I’m very impressed with John Thornton in Carrollton. I was in and out for my scheduled appointment quickly. The lounge was very comfortable and the wifi was nice to work while waiting on service.
