I was told a separate issue could be looked at when I brought my truck in. When I arrived, the service guy told me I would have to schedule a separate appointment. They waisted my time.

My Service Advisor was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great attitude 👍🏼. Upset that my PSI tire indicator was not reset after rotation causing me to make another trip to the dealership for it to be recalculated.

My experience was horrible. I didn't like all of the deception from Fred, Kevin, and I forgot the manager's name. I did not like the way they added all the charges to the cost of the vehicle after they supposedly gave discounts or rebates to bring the price down. They are not transparent. But you live and learn. I will never go here again. There is a reason I never shopped at Thornton Chevrolet, and I have lived in the area for over 20 years. I can't remember why I never shopped here before, but it is coming to me. In the past, I was warned about Thornton Chevrolet. I just can't remember what I was told. I know from my own experience now. I will discourage anyone whom I know is planning on shopping here for a new vehicle. Horrible experience. I have to go to another Chevrolet dealership to get help with this deal with this vehicle. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
