The entire staff was very professional and well knowledge in the process of purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend friends and family to shop for cars at this location. Because of all the technology that can with this vehicle, I could use a little more training at a slower pace.

My service was good. My service guy was good except that he laughed off an issue and kind of dismissed me when I told him my car has had since purchase - he said I just need to break it in to get the brakes to stop squealing, which upset me, as I have had the car for a year, but I just wasn't in the mood to continue to be dismissed, so I just shut up about it. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service but hopefully the next visit I will be taken seriously about an issue

I am pleased with the customer service, however I felt a little uncertainty from the floor manager who guaranteed my concerns were not a concern when he wouldn’t put that guarantee in writing. Time will tell.

John Johnston was very patience with me on buying my 2025 truck. He was very knowledgeable on the truck also.

I just wanted to say, me and my husband Mike were thoroughly impressed with Clyde and the entire staff at John Thornton Chevrolet. They went above and beyond our expectations, and gave us a great deal on my new Chevrolet Trax RS! We drove over 250 miles to purchase the car.....but from the deal we got, the full tank of gas, the red ribbon, and the great service....it was well worth the drive. My only regret is that we will have to use a local GMC dealership, and can't use John Thornton GMC for our future service. Thank You Again Mike and Gina Riddle
