The only issue I had is they had a your model newer than

The only issue I had is they had a your model newer than my Chevrolet Equinox I purchased a 2017 the same night an alert came up with a 2018 I asked if we could come up with something on a trade to the 2018 even in the LS trim have just a few more modern features more similar to the 2017 Malibu I was replacing after a deer hit me. The guy that sold the 2017 Equinox was even a little sarcastic with me. That's my only gripe I'm still not happy with that my Facebook and social media friends will know as well.

Could not wrap my mind around the $10.

Could not wrap my mind around the $10.00 shop fee, when you charge $100.00 to install a battery. Advance auto install a battery for free when you purchase it. But I’m a loyal customer of Thornton. So who knows if I’ll come back.

Dealership was extremely helpful with getting everything

Dealership was extremely helpful with getting everything needed for the purchase of the car. I came at the last minute and they stayed a little after to make sure I had things taken care of. Cody Hill was very helpful.

The lady that dealt with me when I bought my car out

The lady that dealt with me when I bought my car out right kinda seemed alilttle pushy and when I called back after the purchase, which I’m happy about, I talked to her again about HOW MUCH IT’LL COST to get a diagnostic done cause I was having a small issue with the navigation and she kept trying to “remind” me it was as is, insinuating I was trying to get it done free. Why would I ask how much it would be then? Other then that love the place and the service!
