I made an appointment with Service Advisor Jarod Powell about a week before my service visit to get a set of tires and oil change service for my Tahoe. Also, two recalls for software updates were taken care of as well. Everything was done in about 3 hours, which I believe was pretty good for all that had to be done. I've been a Thornton Chevrolet customer since 2005, and it's nice to see familiar faces when I come in. Just about everyone there has helped me at one time or another, including Jarod who helped me a couple years ago when I had valve lifter failure on a Silverado and it was in the shop for an extended time, during the pandemic when there was a shortage of loaner vehicles.
