This dealership turned out to be a huge disappointment. I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection for a Mazda CX-5, but they assured me that it had already passed a 176-point inspection and we are in business since 1957, so there was "no need to worry." They even gave me written assurance that I could return it within a week if any faults were found. To be safe, I still went ahead with an inspection from a well-known service center with over 20 years in business. They found issues, but the dealership completely dismissed the report and only offered me the option to trade it in or sell it. I even had the car inspected by an official Mazda service center, which confirmed a transmission issue. Despite this, I was forced into a trade-in with a depreciation deduction. The entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.

My air doesn't work and my tires are bald.
My air doesn't work and my tires are bald. I'm 65 years old, disabled and on a fixed income so I thought these things would be taken care of....... hello Georgia/Air conditioning. As for the tires, they're pretty much gone and have stab/ cuts on the sidewalls. I bought a car from John Thornton before so this is kinda why I came back........ now I'm having second thoughts. As for Ernesto, he was great you need more like him. I don't have a lot of money and I wanted a decent car to get back and forth to my doctor appointments, I go quite often. I hope and pray the car holds up as long as possible. Anyway, I guess it doesn't really matter what I say at the end of the day I'm stuck with getting the tires and AC repairs.......if I can afford it.

Drop off was smooth so was pick up.
Drop off was smooth so was pick up. I received a call during service for recommended/ due services everyone was friendly and the rep Orlando was amazing through the whole process

Salesman Billy Adkinson was great!
Salesman Billy Adkinson was great! He worked long and hard trying to get me the best deal. Adriana did a great job showing and explaining the features of the new Blazer. And Mr. White (?) finance manager, made the paperwork smooth and seamless. Even management did their job, behind the scenes...I didn't have to even talk with them, (insert smiley face here). Finally, Hugh Boyd is a stabilizing force that attracted me to John Thornton Chevrolet.

They broke my car and would not admit to it.
They broke my car and would not admit to it. I had to take it to another place and spend thousands on repairs. Very rude staff.
