Matt was attentive and kept me informed of what was going

Matt was attentive and kept me informed of what was going on. We didn't find the exact cause of the check brake message but an actual inspection of the system did not turn up anything but brake fluid was at the low level mark but the components looked good.

when my son transmission went out customer service was

when my son transmission went out customer service was terrible in the service department no loner car, had truck over 2 months when we did get a loner car could not drive it only a 100 miles a day. will not purchase another vehicle there. Thanks

Everything was good ‘till we got to discuss the financial

Everything was good ‘till we got to discuss the financial stuff. The person who assist me never asked me or provided advice about any package or additional fee (which are optionals) and he included two warranties packages that I didn’t want. That make feel upset because represent around 10% of the car price and now it is taken me a bunch of time, and probably money to fix it.
