Everyone involved, Billy Adkison, Sales Consultant, Dino

Everyone involved, Billy Adkison, Sales Consultant, Dino Hill, Sales Manager, the finance manager and young lady that set up the Trax app were all professional, courteous and very helpful in the entire buying experience. Thornton is a great place to provide excellent service for your auto needs, from purchasing a new vehicle to servicing. I have done business with Thornton for 15 years and always find the service great. I would highly recommend Thornton.

I brought my Camaro in for routine service (oil change

I brought my Camaro in for routine service (oil change and filter) after setting up an appointment earlier with Donna Haan. My service advisor, Chuck Yearta, understood the peculiarities of my Camaro model (a ZL1), and the service was completed quickly. While waiting, I talked with Jarod Powell about bringing in my Tahoe for a set of tires and taking care of a couple recall items as well as getting its oil changed when I brought it in. Both Donna and Jarod have helped me with problems, sometimes with very short notice, in in the past, and, as a customer since 2005, it's nice to see familiar faces who know me when I come in. It's unusual to see long-time dealership employees in the Atlanta market and is a testament that John Thornton Chevrolet is doing things right. Even my service advisor, Chuck, while relatively new in that roll, was a 20+ year employee.

Cody and Dino were great.

Cody and Dino were great. Finance department experience was not. waited 35 minutes before anyone saw me. No one in the building even acknowledged my existence. Still awaiting a copy of the lease agreement. Why ;so hard to get it ?? Wayne
