Mclaughlin Ford

The customer service was excellent. Our salesman Jason was great in answering questions or getting the answer promptly if he did not know it. Extended warranty offers are phenomenal. The buying process was done with ease and forms were explained.

New Truck

My phone will not Bluetooth to the truck. Ford states it will Bluetooth any phone but i read forums that state the LG Stylo 5 will not Bluetooth with the F150. I did not know this until after i got the truck and failed multiple attempts to Bluetooth my phone with the truck. Also the paint was knicked on the tailgate by one of the techs and now i have to make an appointment for it to be touched up.
