I found the exact car I wanted online, emailed them, and they responded immediately. When I arrived at the dealership, the sales associate had the car ready for a test drive. The whole process took about ninety minutes!

Was hesitant, used to own a toyota tacoma, no comparison, I love love love this truck, especially the gas savings, it handles the turns and so easy to drive, I bought my vehicle over a month ago, made a long trip 2,000 miles, the gps worked great, made my trip so much easier, just great all along, bought the decals in silver color for tailgate, get compliments all the time, all around a win win

Another stress-free and successful service appointment with the professionals at Koons Ford Service Department in Sterling. Dropped it off for the scheduled warrant maintenance and enjoyed a pleasant ride home via their courtesy van (the driver was friendly and professional and the trip was smooth and safe). Later on, they called me that it was ready and scheduled a pick-up from their courtesy van at my home. Great service and support have come to be the norm for my visits here in the past 10 years. Bought 2 cars from Koons and have had all my service done here with no complaints. One less worry in life! 😉

Just a thousand miles at this point, so far so good! The computer says I average 52 MPG around town so I’m all smiles. ( yes it’s the hybrid) definitely upgrade to the luxury package, just so many useful features at one price. The electric motor is a little noisy but I can live with that. My only complaint is the surcharge they stick you with because they are still under producing them. (But we can get you a great deal on an F150! & a great selection!!!)

i purchased my Lariat Hybrid about a month ago avg. around 45mpg rides a little rough but its okay love color ofthe seats looks great first Hybrid i have owned and loving it so far. Will see how it holds up but would definitely buy another one when the needs arises

I have owned many cars and Trucks and so far this one is the one to beat. The Seat could be a little more comfortable but it is not what I would say bad at all. I have a 2023 Lariat Hybrid and average 38.5 per gallon. Great pickup when needed and comfortable enough for 4 men to travel 13 hours and no complaints. One of the best trucks I have ever owned. Tires do seem to be wearing quickly no reason for it

I took my 2001 Lincoln LS in for service thinking if the estimate was too high, it was time to retire the car. Mr. Robert Steele was my service advisor. He listened to my concerns and gave me a honest estimate of what the repairs would cost. It's the first time I went into a dealership where I wasn't treated like I was at the DMV or Dentist office. The repairs came in under the estimate and the Lincoln has not run this good in 10 Years. Mr. Steele is the best! A big improvement from Jerry's Ford. Thank you!

First off this dealership has the best customer service by far ! There is a girl in the front that greets customers as they walk in and she is a delight made my day made me feel comfortable!
