Classic Ford Columbia

As someone who does not enjoy the car buying experience - I would definitely go back. Everyone was very nice and professional, we were able to come to an agreement very quickly and (my wife and I were in a hurry) the transaction very quick. Mack is great to work with and I would highly recommend him.

I just want to take a minute to say how truly impressed I was with the staff at Classic Ford. I drove up from Elloree after work, not arriving until after 7pm. We started looking at cars, and Raymond Jenkins introduced himself and asked how he could help. After several cars, a test drive, and much thought, I decided on a Lincoln MKZ. It kept getting later, and as the dealership closed at 8pm, I was sure I was going to be asked to come back the next day. Not so! Not only did Raymond stay, but Kelly in finance did as well! It was WELL after midnight when we finished, but I left in my new MKZ! Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience, and I will definitely keep my business here! Thank you all again!

Overall I had and enjoyable experience. Rico was very nice and did his absolute best to accommodate my needs. Every one at the dealership was very pleasant and had did their best to make my overall experience a pleasant one. I would recommend this dealership to any family or friends looking to buy a car. Ford Cars are the BEST!!!!

I expected the normal stuff I have had at other dealerships. This place was great! The salesperson (Nasser) was very helpful and spent a lot of time making sure the significant other understood all the features of the vehicle. When there was a small problem (battery) they immediately replaced it. Jennifer was our internet sales person, who managed to get us to a price we liked, Nasser was the sales person who made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I do not like is that this review site mandates contact information (email address) to post a review.

we came all the way to columbia from greenville to get a beautiful yellow mustang we seen on their website. everybody made us feel welcome and like family, especially our salesman david bush. he made everything go smoothly and effortlessly! thank you david. i'm really enjoying my new yellow mustang! would definately recommend classic ford of columbia!

My overall experience surpassed my expectations. Nicole was extremely professional, friendly and non-assuming. She took her time and answered all my questions and explained all the features of the car without pressuring me. For me, it was like "buying from a trusted friend". I would recommend anyone to go to Classic Ford and ask for Nicole, they don't come much better than her!

Rico was an excellent salesperson. We were very pleased to have him as our salesaman. He had such a great personality and knowledge of the Lincoln. He also exhibited care and concern for us as his customers. Overall, the friendliness of Classic Ford employees was top notch. The rating of how much the reputation of Classic Ford's SERVICE DEPARTMENT influenced our decision was "not at all" is b/c we have had no dealings with that dept. and did not research the service that the dept provided before we came to Clasic Ford. We are sure that is is certain to be excellent, however.

Just that. Excellent service. We did encounter one problem when they tried to accommodate the option to add a spare tire (and rim) to the purchase. They ordered one and it will be in next week.

Well worth the trip from Sumter. We got outstanding service from start to finish. everyone was friendly, caring and over the top on helping. Courtland and the sales staff is the best you will ever find. Courtland stayed with us in the rain and cold while looking at many vehicles. His main focus was on pleasing us, the customer. The finance officer was focused and had us out the door and hitting the gong in a short time. Can't say enough great things about the employees and the dealership in general.

Everyone at Classic Ford are good people. They made us feel so welcome. Ms. Kendra is a awesome sales associate. She answered all my questions. She was very patient in showing me how to operate all the bells and whistles. She stayed with us while we were waiting to finalize the deal. I was one happy person when I left there.
